Information about us
We are here to help provide simple and easy steps for doing exercises and training programs to assist you in getting fit and healthy.
We know how it can be going to the gym and lots of people are doing exercise plans but most people don't know what to do so will just work on the things they know every time they go which never gets great results we want to help by bringing personal trainers knowledge to people that need it and also to help people that train well by giving new steps and advise to get you fit and reach your goals.
The reason? We didn't like how sites already out there were badly made or required you to pay for information which we would be happy to give you for free.
Our aim? We aim to bring you a site filled to the top with all the information on getting fit that you could ever need, we will update the site to the users need and help people to reach there goals.
Who are we? We are a small team made up from Personal Trainers Providing help and advise and help there own clients remember things they have trained them. Designers and web programmers helping
Personal Trainers? We have personal trainers here that are providing all the site content from their years of experience. We hope to include a system built for all personal trainers that will help them to help their clients even when they are not training with them at the gym. Yourworkout.co.uk is great resource to point your clients in if they forget how to do any exercises you may have shown them.
